Reparenting doesn’t mean blaming your parents—it means becoming the loving presence you always deserved.

Here’s how to begin:

  • Create intentional time to connect with your inner child daily (even 5 minutes counts)

  • Use visualization, journaling, or photos to call her forward and ask: “What do you need right now?”

  • Offer her the feelings she didn’t get to have safely—tears, rage, silliness, affection

  • Let her know she’s not alone anymore. You’re here now. And you’re not going anywhere.


Over time, this daily relationship becomes a powerful foundation of emotional safety and self-trust.
