Cancellation Policy

Thank you for booking a Soul Blueprint Session — a sacred space to rediscover your divine design and align with your soul’s higher purpose through a unique blend of Human Design and Astrology. To ensure the most aligned experience for both of us, please take a moment to review the booking policies below: Session Details: -Your session will be held via Zoom or In-Person, whichever you specified upon booking. -Please input your exact birth time, date, and location when booking. Accurate birth information is essential for a precise reading. -You will receive a Zoom link (for virtual sessions) or the address to my office (for in-person sessions) and any relevant preparation details via email upon booking. Rescheduling & Cancellations: -All bookings are final and non-refundable. -No cancellations or refunds will be offered once your session is booked. -If you need to reschedule, you may do so up to 48 hours before your session using the reschedule link provided in your confirmation email or by emailing: Hello@MonicaGoldSoul.com -Last-minute reschedules (under 48 hours) are not guaranteed and may result in forfeiting the session. -No-shows or arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered a missed session and are non-refundable. - We understand that emergencies happen and this will be handled with compassion on a case-by-case basis. Energetic Exchange: This is a co-created, intuitive experience. Please come open and grounded, ready to receive insight and reflection.
