Hypnosis
Hypnosis is a deeply relaxed, focused state that helps you connect with your subconscious mind. Your subconscious is like the part of your mind running in the background, storing many of your beliefs, habits, and emotional patterns. During hypnosis, it becomes easier to release old patterns and reinforce new beliefs that are more aligned with who you want to become. It is totally safe and you're always in control, and able to stop at any time.
Affirmations primarily engage the conscious mind. Hypnosis is designed to guide you into a deeply relaxed state where your subconscious becomes more receptive to new beliefs and patterns.Rather than simply repeating positive statements, that your conscious mind rejects becaue you don't already believe them, this hypnosis combines relaxation, guided visualization, identity-level suggestions, and repetition to support lasting subconscious change.
For the deepest transformation, I recommend listening consistently for 21–28 days. The subconscious mind learns through repetition. Each time you listen, you're reinforcing new patterns of self-trust, emotional safety, and grounded presence.Personally, I love listening as I fall asleep each night because the brain naturally moves into slower brainwave states during sleep, making it a beautiful time to deepen the experience. That said, listen whenever it feels most supportive for you.
Yes. If you're listening to one of the hypnosis experiences, it's perfectly okay if you drift off. This is actually the perfect time for your subconscious to benefit from the experience. For the guided meditations, I recommend listening while you're awake and able to fully engage. These journeys invite you to actively visualize, reflect, and connect with your inner experience, so you'll receive the most from them by staying present throughout. For safety, never listen while driving or operating machinery.
