Our work is created to support self-exploration, personal growth, spiritual exploration, and self-reclamation.

2. Purchases

When you make a purchase through Monica Gold Soul, you agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary to process your order. Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and may change at any time. A price change will not affect an order that has already been completed. Unless otherwise stated, purchases are one-time purchases and do not create a recurring subscription or automatic renewal. Your purchase is not complete until payment has been successfully processed.

3. Digital Products

Many Monica Gold Soul products are delivered digitally, including hypnosis recordings, guided meditations, courses, video content, and digital programs. Digital products may be delivered through email, download links, a private webpage, a course platform, or another electronic delivery method described on the product page. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and maintaining access to the email account associated with your purchase.

Digital products are provided for your personal, non-commercial use.

4. Digital Product Access

Digital products may be available immediately after purchase or according to the delivery schedule stated on the individual product page. If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing a product you purchased, please contact us at hello@monicagoldsoul.com. We will make reasonable efforts to restore your access or resolve the technical issue. Technical support does not create an entitlement to a refund. We do not guarantee that a particular device, browser, operating system, internet connection, or third-party platform will remain compatible with a digital product indefinitely.

5. Personal Use

Your purchase gives you a personal, limited, non-transferable right to access and use the product you purchased.

You may not:

  • Share purchased files, access links, passwords, or course access with other people

  • Copy, reproduce, or redistribute purchased content

  • Upload purchased content to websites, file-sharing services, social media, or public drives

  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially distribute purchased content

  • Claim Monica Gold Soul content as your own

You may download and save files when a product specifically provides a download option, provided that the files remain for your personal use.

6. Intellectual Property

All content appearing on MonicaGoldSoul.com and within Monica Gold Soul products—including hypnosis recordings, meditations, videos, written materials, course materials, graphics, photographs, logos, branding, text, and other original materials—is owned by Monica Gold Soul or used with permission and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright or ownership of the content to you.

7. Signed Books and Physical Products

Signed books and other physical products are prepared specifically for customers. Signed books may include a personal note or inscription written specifically for the purchaser. Because these products may be personally prepared or personalized, all physical products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, except where required by applicable law or in the limited circumstances described below. If you receive a physical product that is damaged during shipping or is materially different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order information and photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.

 

8. Returns & Refunds

All Sales Are Final

All Monica Gold Soul purchases are final sale and non-refundable, including:

  • Digital hypnosis recordings

  • Guided meditations

  • Courses

  • Video content

  • Digital programs

  • Shadows Into Gold

  • Signed books

  • Other physical products

Digital products may be accessed immediately after purchase, and signed books may be personally prepared or inscribed for the purchaser. For these reasons, purchases cannot generally be returned or refunded after an order has been placed. Please review the product description and details before completing your purchase.

 

Technical Problems

If you cannot access a digital product because of a technical problem, contact us at hello@monicagoldsoul.com so we can help restore your access or resolve the issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Physical Products

If a physical product arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, contact us at hello@monicagoldsoul.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photographs when appropriate. If the issue is confirmed, we will determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or other remedy.

 

Order Cancellations

Orders generally cannot be cancelled after they have been placed because digital products may be delivered immediately and physical products may be prepared or personalized shortly after purchase. If you believe you placed an order in error, contact us as soon as possible. We may review the circumstances at our discretion, but cancellation or a refund is not guaranteed. 

 

9. Educational and Spiritual Content

Monica Gold Soul content is intended for personal development, education, self-reflection, spiritual exploration, and personal growth. Our content is not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or other professional services. Monica Gold Soul does not diagnose or treat medical or mental health conditions through its digital products, programs, or content. Any spiritual perspectives, personal-growth concepts, experiences, or practices presented through Monica Gold Soul are offered as part of our approach and are not guarantees of a particular outcome.

Individual experiences and results will vary. We do not guarantee any particular emotional, spiritual, financial, relationship, professional, or personal outcome from using our products or participating in our programs. Monica Gold Soul does not intentionally store complete payment card information on its own website systems when payment processing is handled by a third-party payment provider.
