A Soul Journey is a guided experience where we weave breathwork, visualization, and quantum hypno-journeying to connect with your Higher Self, release old patterns, and receive soul-level clarity.

Create a quiet, private space for yourself. Bring water or tea, a candle, a journal + pen, something cozy to wrap yourself in, and any crystals or sacred items that want to join the circle.
