Hi, I'm Monica

I work with sensitive women who feel stuck in survival patterns like people-pleasing, self-doubt, emotional overwhelm, and are trying to do healing the "right way" without seeing real change.

Many of the women I work with are intuitive, thoughtful, and self-aware. They often understand why they feel the way they do, but their nervous system doesn’t feel safe enough to actually shift the patterns. That’s where my work focuses.

Why I do this work

For years I was in therapy, reading self-help and healing books, and doing personal and spiritual work because I genuinely wanted to feel better and understand myself. It helped me become more self aware of my patterns and where they came from...

But even with all that insight, I kept repeating the same painful patterns and ending up in the same places emotionally. I still struggled with people-pleasing, second-guessing myself, feeling overwhelmed, and pushing myself past my limits.

What finally became clear to me was that understanding my patterns wasn’t the solution. It was actually that my nervous system didn’t feel safe enough to actually stick with changing these patterns.

Once I started focusing on safety, pacing, and working with how my brain and body actually function, things started to shift in big ways that felt sustainable. That experience is what shaped how I work now.

How my approach works

I don’t believe healing needs to be intense, dramatic, or emotionally overwhelming to be effective.

My work focuses on helping your nervous system feel safe enough to change, rather than pushing you to relive or analyze everything all at once.

In practical terms, that means:

  • slowing the pace instead of rushing progress

  • reducing pressure to “do healing right”

  • working in ways that don’t overwhelm your system

  • helping you build trust in your own internal signals again

This approach is especially helpful if you tend to burn out, shut down, overthink, or feel worse when healing work feels too intense or unstructured.

Ways I work with people

I offer different types of support depending on what someone actually needs, rather than assuming one path works for everyone.

Some people benefit from:

  • ongoing support to break free from painful patterns, heal deeper layers and build capacity over time

  • self-led practices that help them access their own guidance safely

  • a single, focused session to explore something specific

If you’re not sure what would be most supportive, the Breakthrough Session exists to help clarify that without pressure.
