What happens in the session

 

We begin by identifying the specific issue or question you want support with.

This might be:

• a stuck emotion

• a repeating pattern

• a physical sensation

• a situation that feels stuck

From there, I work with your energy, your system, and your questions in a clear, structured, intuitive process to bring release, clarity, and guidance. This session is designed to help you connect with your own insight and intuition.

 

 

In each session, we move through a complete healing process to:

 

• Clear the emotional charge connected to the issue so your nervous system can settle and stop reacting from that place.

• Address the deeper root of the pattern by exploring where it originally formed, supporting your inner child, and resolving the belief or story that was created at that time.

• I guide the session step by step while supporting you in connecting with your own inner guidance and higher self.
