Cancellation Policy

All sessions are paid in full at the time of booking. Sessions cannot be canceled once booked. One reschedule is available with at least 24 hours’ notice. You can email hello@monicagoldsoul.com for assistance. Missed sessions or reschedule requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for refund. These sessions are for clarity, insight, and healing support. They are not crisis support or ongoing therapy.
